Las Tunas.- The sale of uniforms for the 2021-2022 school year will begin, in a first stage, on November 4, in almost a hundred Commerce units in the province of Las Tunas.
Odalis Marchán Hervas, Provincial Director of Commerce, explained to Tiempo21 that they will be marketed in stages to avoid crowds and hygienic-sanitary measures will be adopted in each of the establishments.
In the same way, he explained that to gain organization and transparency they applied the strategy of previous calendars, and each student now has their bonus to acquire the uniform in the authorized units, closest to their places of residence.
The hours, as in previous years, will be extended until there are customers, always complying with the health protocols to prevent contagion with the SARS-CoV-2 virus, which causes Covid-19.
In this first stage, the sale of two uniforms for children in preschool and fifth grade will begin. In the case of Basic Secondary, Pre-university education and the initial grades of Pedagogical and Technical Training, the sale will take place in a second moment.
On the other hand, he pointed out that the ateliers of each municipality are prepared to receive families that need adjustments to recently purchased uniforms; and in the case of the student being too small, there is a maximum of seven days from the purchase to replace it with a larger size.
The directors of Education will hold a survey when the school year begins to, in conjunction with Commerce, sell the previous model uniforms that are in the stores, to the schoolboys who attend the schools in civilian clothes.
