Much outrage has been caused by the video of a Dutch tourist walking through the streets of Medellin with a woman, a native of the city, half-naked and tied by the neck, to the point that the Mayor's Office made a request to Migration Colombia so that this foreigner be deported.
“We are asking Colombia Migration to expel the Dutchman who came to damage the image of Medellin and mistreat the women of the city. They respect each other and the city respects itself,” Mayor Daniel Quintero said in a video on Twitter.

The official added what he has done in Medellín to combat this scourge: “Since we arrived, the first day, we focused on Parque Lleras because we encountered many difficulties. That is why we put the curfew for minors between 7 at night and 5 in the morning.
In the scandalous video that went viral on social networks, a woman is heard protesting the Dutchman, who is apparently a content creator, and demanding respect, to which the tourist responds by pushing his cell phone while talking to the police about what he did with this woman.
In another video, the Dutchman is heard giving explanations to the woman who confronted him and recorded it; She tells him that it was never his intention to disrespect Medellin, that he has given away the money he has made since he arrived in that city and that what he wants to show is how a foreigner can walk peacefully in Medellin.
