The mythical 'Elvira' accuses Wilt Chamberlain of sexual assault, the NBA legend who boasted of having been with 20,000 women

Wilt Chamberlain, the NBA record man, boasted during his life of having been "with more than 20,000 women" and now that past seems to have turned against him after accusations made by actress Cassandra Peterson, famous for her role as 'Elvira' in 'Mistress of the Dark' which made her a gothic icon.

Prior to the publication of her memoirs, she spoke to People and revealed the sexual assault she suffered at the hands of Wilt Chamberlain. "Why didn't I try to yell, fight back, or run away? When an eight-foot, 250-pound man wraps his hand around your neck, there really isn't much you can do," he says in the book. "Should I have reported it to the police? Are you kidding me? What chance do you think a jobless showgirl would have against a sports superstar?"

Peterson revealed that the incident took place at the player's mansion in Bel Air during a party held by Chamberlain: "I didn't say anything my whole life, because I was also a friend," now recalls the actress who played the mythical character from the 80's.

"So I convinced myself that I was a really bad person for letting that happen. And then when the whole 'Me too' movement came up, I started thinking, 'Wait a minute. I didn't do anything wrong. You did something wrong. You did something very wrong,'" Peterson added.
