According to local media and the page that appears under the name "Citizen Intelligence Unit", the woman demanded the blocking of access to a vehicle pension on Allende Street, in the first block of Los Reyes, by armed civilians. linked to the criminal association Carteles Unidos.

The claim caused the annoyance of the subjects who claim to be "self-defense groups", who subdued the victim to shave her, in front of her daughter.

The action was recorded by another accomplice of the perpetrators, in a video broadcast on social networks.
