The coronavirus changes the fair formats again. The Fédération de la Haute Couture et de la Mode has published the provisional calendar for the men's edition of Paris Fashion Week. The edition will be held in a hybrid format, with thirty digital shows and seventeen physical ones.

The event will be held from January 18 to 23 at the Palais de Tokyo and will host 77 participating firms. As explained by the organization, "the calendar could be modified, in the coming days, based on the restrictive measures taken by the French Government by the health situation”.

This movement occurs in a context in which most fair and fashion week organizers are modifying their events. This is the case of London Fashion Week, which has postponed its celebration, or companies such as Giorgio Armani or Brunello Cucinelli, who have announced that they will not parade this season due to the advancement of the sixth wave of the pandemic.

Parisian Men's Fashion Week will host 77 participating firms

Among the brands that will present their fall-winter 2022-2023 collections at Paris Men's Fashion Week in physical format are Louis Vuitton, Kenzo, Rick Owens, Y/Project, Ami, JilSander, Hermès, Dior and Loewe. In turn, the parades will be broadcast in streaming through the official platform of the event.

One of the Spanish firms that will present its men's collection in digital format is Oteyza, participating for the fourth consecutive time in the Paris Men's Fashion Week.

The men's edition of Paris Fashion Week will end one day before the start of Haute Couture Week in Paris, scheduled for January 24-27 and which, this year, will not feature firms such as Balenciaga or Maison Margiela.
