A scientifically Virgin young woman has discovered that she is pregnant with twins, according to the Chilean newspaper La Estrella del Norte.

The woman went to a Chilean hospital, located in the II Region of Antofagasta, because she had noticed a delay in her period;What she did not expect is for doctors to announce that she was pregnant with twins.

The doctors examined her and discovered that the woman has her intact hymen, so she is scientifically virgin.

It is a very unusual case, but that is scientifically possible: even if there is no penetration, an ovule can be fertilized, since sperm cross the hymen without drilling it.

The head of the Gynecology and Obstetrics Unit of the Regional Hospital explains in the Chilean newspaper that, even if the underwear is placed, if there is a contact between the penis and the vagina, an insemination may occur inside the uterus.

He explained that seminal fluids emanating from the penis during sex.

The Chilean doctor has assured that it is not the first case of this type that deals and is convinced that it will not be "the last".
