The former director of Pemex, Emilio Lozoya, was photographed this Saturday at a restaurant located in the Lomas Virreyes neighborhood, in Mexico City.
According to the images captured by the journalist Lourdes Mendoza, the former official carried an electronic bracelet, and was accompanied by two women and a man.

In the photographs, taken inside the Hunan restaurant, Lozoya appears wearing white shirt and dark bag.
Through social networks, the journalist Lourdes Mendoza shared that she has a lawsuit against Emilio Lozoya for moral damage, a matter for which an audience would be held on September 10, to which the former director of Pemex "did not appear arguing, arguing home roots".
Mendoza sued Lozoya, who is accused by the Attorney General of the Republic (FGR) of operations with resources of illegal origin, bribery and criminal association, after he pointed out for allegedly having received a Chanel bag to maintain his support for the former secretaryof the Treasury, Luis Videgaray.
Currently, the accusation of the FGR against Lozoya remains in the complementary investigation phase, in which the Prosecutor's Office must define whether the exfunctional criterion is going to grant the opportunity to suspend its process, or if you decide to accuse it to go to trial.
