There are two nightclubs that gather thousands of young people at night in Villa Gesell and this weekend they were the scene of two cases of sexual abuse. The first was denounced by a minor, on Friday, in Pueblo Límite; This Sunday, another 22-year-old girl reported having been cornered by two men and raped by one of them, in a section of stairs in Dixit.

The last case was denounced this Sunday by a 22-year-old tourist, a student, who appeared at the first police station in Gesell and told that she was attacked in the bowling alley on Paseo 106 and Avenida 3. The victim had arrived with four friends , with whom he has been at the spa since January 15. They are from Burzaco, Almirante Brown's party.

According to the young woman, they arrived at Dixit around 2 and insisted that they let them pass. It is that at first the security personnel had denied them entry because the girl "was in a drunken state."

They were finally able to get inside. At 4, she lost her group of friends and became disoriented. "When I was passing through a bowling alley staircase near the bathrooms, two people approached me and cornered me in a corner," the complainant described.

The young woman said that these two "big build" attackers began to grope her and that she told them no, that they insisted on having sex. She said that later, one of them pulled her clothes off and raped her.

In the complaint to which Clarín had access, the victim said that the young man who abused her "was wearing a black and flowered shirt." She also said that he had dark hair, a brunette complexion and was approximately 1.70 meters tall.

Minutes later, the victim was reunited with her friends but didn't tell them what just happened "because I didn't know how to explain it," she said, and immediately lost them again among the hundreds of people inside Dixit.

In her account to the Police, the young woman recalled that around 5 o'clock she began to dance in the middle of the main track of the bowling alley with a group of strangers and that, at that moment, two men began to grope her, while she asked them not to.

A precise clue

The victim made a contribution that may be useful for the investigation, the social media user of one of those boys. Both exchanged users on Instagram and began to follow each other.

Investigators will try to determine if the victim was attacked first on the stairs and then on the track by youths belonging to the same group or if there is no relationship between the two.

Finally, around 6 o'clock the young woman met her friends again, told them what had happened and they decided to file a complaint. Together, they went to the headquarters of the 1st police station.

The case was left in the hands of the same prosecutor who is investigating the abuse in Pueblo Límite, reported by a 17-year-old minor. This is Verónica Zamboni, head of the Functional Instruction Unit (UFI) 6 of Villa Gesell, who also investigated the case for the crime of Fernando Báez Sosa.

Zamboni ordered a series of expert reports and ordered that a physical examination be carried out on the victim, which was carried out by Dolores' medical staff.

The act was classified as aggravated sexual abuse, which, according to article 119 of the Penal Code, provides for a sentence of between 6 months and 4 years in prison.

In the two abuses denounced over the weekend, the images recorded by the security cameras of the nightclubs will be key to identifying the suspects, the man in the "black and flowered shirt" and the man with "platinum hair", as the minor described to one of the attackers in Pueblo Límite.

This event was recorded at dawn last Friday. A teenager from José Mármol denounced that she was sexually abused inside the complex on Avenida Buenos Aires at 2600, where she had gone to dance with friends.

The victim recounted the "flashes" she remembered from what she had experienced, including two young men approaching her and offering her something to drink. She further said that she smoked a cigarette that was offered to her and that she was then taken to a sector of the complex near the restrooms. Pueblo Límite was closed, it did not open on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights.

An event with similar characteristics occurred in January 2019, when a 20-year-old tourist reported that she was raped in the same nightclub during a recital by Duki. The victim recounted that she had gone to the women's bathroom and that she was surprised by a man who hit and raped her. Investigators hope they have better luck now: That time, the abuser escaped and was never identified.

In addition to Pueblo Límite and Dixit, there was a third bowling alley that encouraged the crowd of young people that invade the resort every summer, but it closed definitively after the horror of a crime that was completely filmed, that of Fernando Báez Sosa, a 18 January in front of the extinct Le Brique.
