Juan Manuel Hernández Niebla's niece run over and killed
Police authorities are looking for those responsible for the run over and death of a young woman, apparently the niece of the former president of the State Public Security Council, Juan Manuel Hernández Niebla.
She died run over noon this Sunday, when resisting an assault.
The first investigations indicate that the victim was outside a restaurant in the sub delegation La Gloria.Strangers broke the glass of his car, to steal his bag.She resisted, in front of the vehicle in which they intended to escape.
Hernández Niebla confirmed his kinship with the victim and lamented the facts.
